Greater Georgia Life’s product offerings for employee benefit plans include group term life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), dependent life, optional life and AD&D, short term disability (STD) and long term disability (LTD) insurance. The employer selects the coverage and benefit amounts and can decide to pay all or part of the premium for basic employee coverage.
Greater Georgia Life also offers group optional products where employees of a group can purchase through payroll deduction. The employee selects the coverage and pays the premium, and the employer performs administrative functions. We offer optional life insurance, Voluntary accidental death and dismemberment (VADD), optional dependent life, voluntary short term disability (VSTD), and voluntary long term disability (VLTD) insurance.
Administrative services only (ASO plans)
For larger employers that prefer to fund their own disability benefits but want professional claim administration, Greater Georgia Life can provide highly customized services. Generally, ASO plans are limited to short term disability benefits. Our services range from full claim processing and tax reporting to “review only” programs.
