Traditionally, a PCP provides most of your employees' health care and works with them if a specialist's care is required. BlueOpen Access does not require members to select a PCP at enrollment. However, establishing a relationship with a PCP allows your employees to gain a deeper understanding of their health care needs and better manage their care.
