Radiant Services, LLC may perform select utilization management approval services on behalf of selected health benefit plans.  
The use of Radiant services does not change your current utilization services process.  
Radiant Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of our parent company with some staff located outside the United States.  
From time to time, as permitted by contractual or regulatory obligations, we contract with an outside entity to provide our members or providers with various services such as Utilization Management or Case Management, on our behalf.  
We have a common goal of helping to ensure that your patients receive access to quality, evidence-based, efficient care.  If you have questions about this change, please contact your local Provider Call Center.
