Address Change for NASCO Claim Filing 
Effective July 1, 2002 the address for submitting hard copy NASCO claims has changed. Please note that as of that date, P.O. Box 4055 in Atlanta will be closed. NASCO claims should be sent directly to BCBSGA to the same address as other BCBSGA claims

The U. S. Post Office will automatically forward mail to the Columbus P.O. Box for a period of one year. Please update your records to reflect this change.
