If you are a mother-to-be, then the high risk prenatal program, Future Moms, is for you. Early prenatal care can help prevent or reduce the chance of complication during pregnancy. Good prenatal care means good nutrition, plenty of rest, regular exercise, avoiding activities and substances that are harmful to your baby, and regular visits with your health care provider. But even with all of those resources, you may still need an extra source of information and guidance.

Future Moms Gifts
Throughout your Future Moms membership, you will receive information that correlates to your pregnancy. Your packet will be customized to address your specific health needs based on the information you provided in your initial and third trimester surveys.
The information includes educational material that will answer some of the most commonly asked questions that you might face in your own pregnancy, such as how much exercise is okay, and how to spot the signs of early labor. The program also provides helpful accident prevention information, such as car seat safety and information on SIDS. The more you know, the better prepared you will be to ensure good health for you and your baby.
