For every summary of benefits you provide to an employer, employee, non-group member or prospective member, you must also provide the corresponding summary of benefits and coverage (SBC).  
SBCs for all plans you find on this site can be downloaded from our SBC web site.  
(An SBC is a document required by Health Care Reform. It summarizes plan benefits in a standard format that all insurance companies now use.)
