Broker Product Portfolio Training for Group Business

We've made enhancements to our Small and Large Group product portfolio. These enhancements will be for new sales and upon each existing group's renewal starting with January 1, 2009 effective dates.
These enhancements are being made in order to:
Amend benefits to build consistent care and reduce complexity
Moderate cost of care
Improve customer satisfaction
Changes include but are not limited to:
Urgent Care benefits
Pharmacy Changes
Expansion of Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
New mammography guidelines (PPO)
Preventive Care Coverage
Flyers highlighting these changes will be included in each group's renewal package.

Lumenos plans
Blue Essential Plans
