Now that your employees have completed the enrollment process and are members, they’re ready to start taking advantage of your new health and wellness benefits. This section will answer many of the questions that may come up as your employees begin using their coverage.  
Remember that the ERG does not address the specific provisions of particular group policies or plans. For specific information about the provisions of your particular policy or plan, refer to your Certificate Booklet, Group Master Contract or Administrative Services Agreement (self-funded plans).
