BCBSGa is changing its relationship with providers so that we reward value rather than volume. This will also mean change for our members and employer customers. Based on the results of our patient-centered care pilot programs, we believe that change will be for the better. We’ve gathered frequently-asked questions and more information about our approach on this page, and we’ll update it as our work continues.
We want to make sure you understand what is driving our patient-centered care program, why it’s so important, and how it affects you. If your question isn’t answered here, contact your broker or BCBSGa Representative.
