The Blue Open Access POS network usually offers a lower premium with the same flexibility as our BlueChoice PPO network. Like the BlueChoice PPO network, you are not required to choose a primary care provider or to obtain referrals. Plus, you have access to network providers across the country and worldwide through the BlueCard® program.
